Shipping & insurance
Every sale ships fully insured for its full sale price, promptly once payment clears. Cost and carrier are calculated at checkout, before you pay — nothing is added after the fact.
A tracking number is sent the moment a piece moves. Signature confirmation is used on anything over a threshold value, as most insurers require.
Condition & authentication
Every knife is inspected, photographed, and written up exactly as it is — ownership history, condition, the small marks no one else would mention. That's what Wolf Certified means, and it's on the record for every listing before it's shown.
What you see in the photos and read in the listing is the actual unit you receive. Not a stock photo, not a representative sample.
Returns & cancellations
Because every piece is one of one, a return isn't the same as restocking a shelf — once it leaves the collection, it can't simply go back on a shelf. Given that, and given the same inspection standard every piece is held to before it's ever listed, sales are final.
The one exception: if a piece arrives materially different from how it was described or photographed, reach out directly and it gets made right.
Payment
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Major cards are accepted, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay automatically, wherever your device and browser support them.
Card details are never seen or stored by Insanity Wolf — they go straight to Stripe's own secure checkout.
